Level of Support
BlockFi is a part of the TaxBit Network. That comes with assistance from our Customer Experience Team if needed. Members of the TaxBit Network will receive a premium experience in terms of higher levels of support and a seamless onboarding experience.
Here is a list of transactions that TaxBit supports from BlockFi:
- Deposits (Transfer In)
- Withdrawals (Transfer Out)
Loan Payoff transactions are not supported. If you have Loan Payoff transactions from BlockFi, you'll manually add these transactions as an "Expense" transaction in your TaxBit account.
BlockFi transactions such as: Collateral Deposits, Collateral withdrawals, and Internal Account transfers between Interest Accounts and Wallets will not be included transaction types.

You can do so with the following instructions:
Step 1: Login to your BlockFi account
Step 2: Navigate over to your profile dropdown on the top hand side of your screen
Step 3: Select "Reports"
Step 4: Under "All Transactions" you will select "Download All" to export your transaction history
Once you have the file downloaded, you are going to navigate over your TaxBit account.
From your TaxBit account:
Step 1: Select "Add Sources" from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: In the search bar, search and select "BlockFi".
Step 3: Upload your BlockFi CSV file by either dragging it into the select field, or by clicking "browse files" and selecting it from your device.
Disclaimer: If you have BlockFi connected to your TaxBit account, please unlink it before importing a CSV file with your full BlockFi transaction history. If you don't do this, transactions may be duplicated in your TaxBit account. If you would prefer, you can remove any transactions from the CSV that are already represented in your TaxBit account.
Step 4: Click "Add transactions" to import.
Your BlockFi transactions will appear on the Transactions Page (located on the left side panel) once your CSV import is complete. This may take several minutes to process.
