Gemini is a part of the TaxBit Network. That comes with assistance from our Customer Experience Team if needed. Members of the TaxBit Network will receive a premium experience in terms of higher levels of support and a seamless onboarding experience.
Below you will find a detailed guide on connecting Gemini to your TaxBit account. This integration will provide TaxBit with your Gemini and Gemini Earn transaction history.
Please Note: The Gemini integration requires a Gemini account with admin privilege's in order to connect to TaxBit. TaxBit does not request any write/withdrawal privilege's when setting up this connection even though Gemini's documentation suggests Gemini Admin accounts have this functionality.
From your TaxBit account:
Step 1: Select "Add Sources"
Step 2: Select "Search Sources"
Step 3: Search for and select "Gemini" and then select "Next"
Step 4: Select "Add Account" and a new window for Gemini will appear
Please Note: With Gemini a popup window will appear to have you log into your Gemini account. If you have any security features in your browser that stop popup windows, this will need to be disabled for you to proceed.
Step 5: Login to Gemini and authorize TaxBit to complete the connection, then click "Allow"
Once you have successfully linked Gemini to your TaxBit account go ahead and run a sync on Gemini. You should see those transactions appear in you Transactions Page after a successful sync. You can also view the connection by going to "Sources" on the left side of the screen.
