Network Plan Email Support Hours
You will receive product support from our world class Customer Experience team 7 days a week via email. Upon sending an email to TaxBit, you can expect to receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
Basic and Plus Plan Chat Support Hours:
All paid plans include the option to contact our Customer Experience team via Email and Chat.
Sunday: 7a - 6p MDT
Monday: 7a - 7p MDT
Tuesday: 7a - 7p MDT
Wednesday: 7a - 7p MDT

Friday: 7a - 7p MDT
Saturday: 7a - 7p MDT

Dedicated Pro Plan Chat and Email Support:
Our Customer Experience Concierge Team will be available via Live Chat and Email Support Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm MDT. If additional help is needed during the weekend, our Customer Experience Specialists will schedule a follow-up with a member of TaxBit's Concierge team on the following business day at the latest.
In addition to the above hours, you can expect us to take care of the following tasks in a timely manner. There may be some exceptions to the below times, but these are a general rule of thumb:
CSV Import Requests - 3-5 Business Days
Account Updates - 3-5 Business Days
CP2000 Notice Reviews - 3-5 Business Days
Development Requests - No estimate (Taxable Impact prioritized during Tax Season)
Refund Requests - 3-5 Business Days
