TaxBit users have the option to manage their subscription within their account.
Upgrading My Account
If you'd like to upgrade your account, you can go to the "Settings" page, then under the section "Subscription Settings," you’ll see "Manage" is highlighted in blue next to “Subscription.” If you select "Manage," you can choose to upgrade to a higher plan.
By selecting to upgrade, your account will automatically be charged the difference between your past plan and the new plan you’ve chosen.
Downgrading My Account
If you would like to downgrade your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the plan you’d like to select, and we'd love to help you out!
