TaxBit users have the option to manage their subscription within their account.
Upgrading My Account
If you'd like to upgrade your account, you can go to the "Settings" page. Under the section "Subscription Settings," you’ll see "Manage" is highlighted in blue next to “Subscription.” If you select "Manage," you can choose to upgrade to a higher plan.
By selecting a higher plan than you're currently on, your account will automatically be charged the difference between your past plan and the new plan you’ve chosen.
Downgrading My Account
If you would like to downgrade your account, please email support@taxbit.com with the plan you’d like to select, and we'd love to help you out!
If you're on a paid plan and would like to downgrade your account to our Network (Free) Plan, you can do so on your end.
Go to "Settings" > Under the section Subscription Settings, you’ll select "Manage" which is highlighted in blue next to Subscription > Select "Cancel Plan"
Once that process is complete, your plan will automatically be put onto the Network Plan.
