After removing an API connection to an exchange or wallet integration, you may notice transactions from that integration still display in your account. This is expected behavior. However, if you want those transactions removed alongside the integration, no worries, we can make that happen!
Whenever you sync a wallet or an exchange, we save our own copy of the new transactions brought in by that sync. Those copies stay in your My Transactions page, even after the integration has been removed.
Generally speaking there shouldn't be a need to remove transactions from your account. If that data does need to be removed, reach out to our support team, and they will clear those unwanted transactions for you.
NOTE: Before our team can clear those transactions, we'll need you to remove the integration where they originated.
