After removing an API connection to an exchange or a wallet integration, you may notice that the transactions from that integration stick around. This is expected behavior, though if you wanted those transactions removed alongside the integration, no worries, we can make that happen!
Whenever you sync a wallet or an exchange, we save our own copy of the new transactions that are brought in by that sync. Those copies will persist in your "My Transactions" page, even after that integration has been removed.
Generally speaking there shouldn't be a need to remove transactions from your account, but if for some reason that data does need to be removed, you can reach out to our support team, and they will clear those unwanted transactions for you!
NOTE: Before we will clear those transactions, we'll need you to remove the integration that they are coming from.
