After removing an API connection to an exchange or wallet integration, you may notice transactions from that integration still display in your account. This is expected behavior if you select "Keep all transactions associated with". However, if you want those transactions removed alongside the integration, no worries, we can make that happen!
Whenever you sync a wallet or an exchange, we save our own copy of the new transactions brought in by that sync. Those copies stay in your Transactions page, even after the integration has been removed.
Generally speaking there shouldn't be a need to remove transactions from your account. If that data does need to be removed, you can do so when you go to remove the connection:
Step 1: Navigate over to your "Sources" tab
Step 2: Select "Manage" next to the source that you want to remove the transactions from
Step 3: You'll want to hit the trash can icon on the right side of the account that you're trying to delete transactions from
Step 4: Make sure that "Remove all transactions associated with the source" is selected and finish by hitting "Remove"
Reach out to our support team if the transactions have not been removed after selecting "Remove all transactions associated with" and they will clear those unwanted transactions for you.
Please Note: Before our team can clear those transactions, we'll need you to remove the integration where they originated.
