Under the Add Transactions page in your TaxBit account, you’ll see a blue tab labeled Sync All My Transactions. This is an important feature, and you’ll want to use it frequently. This tab will sync exchanges and wallets that are listed under My Exchanges.If you notice transactions missing from the My Transactions page, the Sync All My Transactions button will be the first step to troubleshoot any missing data.
Sync All My Transactions can be used to manually refresh the sync on all exchanges or wallets that have been linked using API integration. It will also sync any other exchange or wallet you've linked previously, but may have removed or isn’t initially showing up on your My Exchanges list.
Please keep in mind, most sources take up to 48 hours to record new transactions. If your new transactions don’t appear after using Sync All My Transactions within this timeframe, please wait a little longer for the source to update, then contact the TaxBit support team.
