Under the Source page in your TaxBit account, you’ll see a button labeled "Sync All." This is an important feature, and you’ll want to use it frequently. This button will sync exchanges and wallets that are listed under Sources. If you notice transactions missing from the Transactions page, the "Sync All" button will be the first step to troubleshoot any missing data.
"Sync All" can be used to manually refresh the sync on all exchanges or wallets that have been linked using API integration.
Please Note: Most sources take up to 48 hours to record new transactions. If your new transactions don’t appear after using "Sync All" within this timeframe, please contact the TaxBit Customer Experience Team about new transactions that are missing, if they are from a TaxBit Network integration.
