TaxBit is very flexible when it comes to extending your trial period. We genuinely want our users to be thrilled with our product, and so we’ll gladly extend trials for our users as much as possible.
If you'd like to extend your free trial, reach out to our Support Team via live chat or email and let us know why you'd like an extension. We'd be happy to look into some options for you.
How do I extend a trial?
Chat: Click on the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner, and reach out to our agents regarding an extension. Be sure to have an appropriate reason, and keep in mind that our agents may ask follow-up questions regarding your request.
Once our agents have your request, they'll escalate the request for review, and you'll be updated with a new trial end date and any information regarding your new trial if your request is approved.
Ticket: If you don't see the Chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner, that means our live chat hours have ended for the day. However, you can still reach out to the Support Team by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email, please include the reason why you'd like an extension, and one of our agents will respond to you as quickly as possible.
