Do I qualify for a refund?
You are welcome to cancel and request a refund at any time as long as you have not downloaded your tax forms or exported 2500 transactions or more. In other words, if you have downloaded the current tax year's 8949 form, and/or if you have exported a record of transactions from the My Transactions page with 2500 or more transactions, you no longer qualify for a refund.
If you have exported fewer than 2500 transactions, and if you have not downloaded your tax forms from your account, you would qualify for a full refund for your current subscription!
