Visible from your My Taxes page, TaxBit can provide you with an estimate of the taxes you may potentially owe, based on the data in your TaxBit account. A couple of things to note:
1. The estimate provided is not a reflection of, nor a guarantee of your actual tax liability. TaxBit takes your taxable gains/losses for a given year, and runs them against your local tax rates, to provide you with an estimate of what you could be responsible for in terms of your crypto-taxes. This number is likely to change once the rest of your tax filing is taken into consideration.
2. Your Estimated Liability will only be available after you have added a Tax Profile. You can do this right from your My Taxes Page.
Remember, this number is based on the data in your account, and your local tax rates. If you haven't uploaded all of your transactions to your account, or you've input incorrect demographic data in your Tax Profile, these numbers will not provide a helpful estimate.
