Currently, the data in your Holdings page is populated from the transactions in your Transactions page. TaxBit pulls your coin balances directly from your any exchanges that you've connected via API within your account, CSVs uploaded to your account, or manually added transactions.
You can check out the sources that you have connected to your account selecting "Sources" on the left side to make sure everything is accounted for there.
If a sync has been run recently and everything is accounted for in your Sources and Transactions page, then these balances should match what you see in your account/wallet, within your exchange.
