When working with the My Transactions page, it's possible the your filters will not load properly. This can occur temporarily while a page is loading, or at times when there is an issue during the loading process it can cause the filters to fail entirely.
If you select a filter dropdown and it doesn't load, the best solution is to refresh your page and allow everything to load properly. Typically a standard refresh of the page will be adaquate, but sometimes under higher than normal traffic conditions muliple page refreshes may be necessary.
If refreshing your page does not work, it's possible your internet browser is not attempting to re-load the proper resources. You can complete a hard refresh instead which will force your browser to reload everything on the page, rather than just the items it believes are necessary.
Hard refresh on a PC browser:
Press Ctrl + Shift + R
Hard refresh on a Mac Browser:
Press Cmnd + Shift + R
