If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do this at any time from within your account. This will cease all upcoming renewals, and give us permission to remove access to your data, including your audit trail.
- Once you are logged into your TaxBit account, select Settings
- Under Subscription Settings, Click on "Manage"
- Click on Cancel Plan
- Depending on your plan, the experience can differ. Please see examples below.
Once you have completed this, your account will no longer be automatically charged at the end of your current subscription.
