TaxBit supports several of the most popular sources of transaction data. At this time, we don’t currently offer a guide for all sources we support.
If you have a source that you can’t find a guide for, we recommend you do the following:
Step 1: Download your transaction history via CSV for all of the transactions you’ve completed on that source.
Step 2: Use our CSV formatting guide to adjust your source exported file to TaxBit’s accepted format.
Step 3: Import your transactions.
If you have any issues downloading your transaction history from your exchange, we recommend working with that exchange's support team to obtain a CSV export. If a CSV export isn’t available, you can manually add your transactions to your TaxBit account.
Please Note: If the Self Service source you’re trying to connect to TaxBit is Robinhood, it’s important you know they don’t provide a CSV export. That being said, TaxBit doesn’t currently have a workaround that we can offer.
