Below you will find an overview of the types of supported integrations that TaxBit offers, along with a table that covers the specific integrations included in the TaxBit Network and which integrations are considered Self Service.
TaxBit Network (TBN) Integrations: These are fully supported integrations with email support available from our Customer Experience Team. Members of the TaxBit Network will continue to receive a premium experience in terms of higher levels of self service and a seamless onboarding experience.
Self Service Integrations: Although connections to these APIs are available, a message will appear stating the integration is ‘self service’. Our Customer Experience Team will not provide support around these integrations.
Unsupported: If the exchange you are looking for isn't listed in the "Add Sources" page, it is no longer supported. You will no longer be able to connect to these APIs, nor will they be able to add transactions via CSV or manually. Previous transactions from unsupported integrations will be deleted.
Please Note: If unsupported transactions are deleted from your account, you will receive a Transactions Export and any previous tax forms.
